	WATER LEVEL SENSORS Application: Water Level Sensors are used to evaluate water level. It gives output in KHz to the micro-controller to control water supply in fully-autowashing machine. Rating: Input 5V DC and Output 20 to 25KHz (can vary as per customer's requirement) Types: Available mechanically as well as electronically (LVDT). Customers: Godrej, Whirlpool, Electrolux and Onida. Special Mention: We are the only manufacturers of these sensors in India.
	RADIANT HEATER Application: Radiant Heater is used to remove frost in frost-free refrigerators; the time is decided by the timer which is externally connected. Rating: 230V AC Tech Spec: The basic structure is a glass tube as the external covering with resistance wire which is a heat source. The average temperature of surface of heater is higher than 250°C and the highest temperature of the glass tube surface center is 600°C max. The Radiant Heater can work in the environment containing kitchen gas. Customers: Godrej, Applicomp, Daewoo, Samsung. Kudos: 2 million pieces of Radiant Heater have been produced so far with no rejection reported.
	BUZZER ASSEMBLY Application: Buzzer Assembly is used to produce sound (buzzer) to indicate the end of washcycle in twin tub and single tub semi-auto washing machine. Rating: 230V AC Tech Spec: Buzzer Assembly produces sound level up to 95dB at a distance of 0.5m, based on the principles of electro-magnetic induction. Sound intensity can be adjusted to the required level with the help of control core. Types: Fixed volume and variable volume Customers: Godrej, Samsung, Electrolux and National MWI.
	DRAIN MOTOR Application: Drain Motor is used to pull the drain valve for water; to get drained after every cycle in fully-auto washing machine. Rating: 230V AC Tech Spec: The synchronous motor in the unit operates at the end of washcycle and pulls the drain valve. It gets disconnected electrically after complete drain and the valve gets closed. Customers: Godrej, National MWI.
	DOOR CHIMER Application: Door Chimer is used to produce music when the refrigerator door is kept open for a specified period. Rating: 230V AC Tech Spec: The unit has an IC, which is programmed to produce required music, when the refrigerator door is kept open for a specified period. The period varies from 60 to 120 secs in present models.The period can vary as per customer’s requirements. This feature in refrigerator gives indication of over loading. Customers: Godrej, Whirlpool
	THERMAL FUSES Application: Thermal fuses cut-off the heater when the temperature reaches a specified level in no-frost refrigerator.. Rating: 230V AC Tech Spec: Thermal fuses change its state of conductivity to open the circuit with detection of current as the only load at specified temperature. Customers: Godrej, Whirlpool
